F. Cappiello Dairy has been a family tradition in the Northeast for over 88 years. Francesco Cappiello immigrated to the United States with his wife Lucia and settled in Schenectady, New York. It was here that he began producing and selling our family cheese products and we have continued his traditions by manufacturing the best Italian cheeses using traditional methods.
