Welcome to F. Cappiello’s Dairy, Inc., a family owned and operated Italian Cheese Company.  As we have progressed to our third generation of family members, we have maintained our traditional methods in making our Italian cheeses utilizing all natural ingredients. 

Our specialties are Mozzarella, Scamorze (aged Mozzarella) and Ricotta cheeses.  All our products are made to the highest quality standards and offer the best flavor, texture, consistency for use in your favorite recipe.  All of F. Cappiello Dairy products are made fresh every day and are made kosher (OU approved) 365 days a year.
